This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions for refunds of both services and goods provided by Western Recreation. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases on our website.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges for Goods

Returns: We accept returns for goods within 60 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.


Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds for Services

Cancellation: You may cancel a service within 60 days of purchase and before the scheduled service date and receive a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued for the cancelling of services.


Refunds: To request a refund for a service, please contact us. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days.
